All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted for your charter may not necessarily be the same as the price listed in the brochure. For an exact price, please contact one of our booking agents. Mexican fishing permits are not included in charter rates. California Fishing Licenses are not included in charter rates. For trips 24 hours and longer, federal excise tax ($3 per person) will be added to the charter balance. This applies to boats capable of taking 14 passengers or more. Due to the possibility of high fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may be added at the time of departure. Carrying aboard of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. All boats are licensed for on site beer sales. Cancellations and refunds are subject to a handling fee of 10%. Departure times can vary. Please contact the landing prior to your trip to insure a correct departure time. We reserve the right to substitute boats in the event a scheduled boat is unavailable. To avoid forfeiture of your charter deposit, a 90 day notice of cancellation is required in advance of your trip. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your charter trip. Fishing rods are not included in the charter rates. Point Loma Sportfishing has rental rods available for customers. Please call for price. This does not apply to our six pack charter boats or the boat "Success".
